AFRAM Massachusetts was in the house at White Lion Brewery Company in Downtown Springfield for our Bills, Ballots & Voters Social Mixer on Friday, September 5th. In collaboration with White Lion Brewing Company and Visionary Acts, we celebrated one of the central joys of democracy: voting and accessing voters with information about the bills and ballots impacting our communities. Many, many thanks to Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition who was a proud Silver Sponsor for this great event. We are most grateful, as are the communities we lead and empower. See you at the polls!!!

On August 21, 2025, AFRAM Mass collaborated with two key Brockton social service agencies, Boston Civic School and Step Nation, to deliver fellowship, awareness, information, and ice cream (!!!) to community members learning how to make a difference ahead of upcoming elections. From toddler to elder, everyone had a good time in a safe, inclusive, and accepting environment to learn and grow into our civic duty and awareness. Many thanks to Trinette Hall of Boston Civic School and Dawne Young of Step Nation who spearheaded this important and fun initiative!! AFRAM Mass members Aishea Henry, Brian Johnson, and Daniel Moss answered the call to assist in the evening’s festivities. Don’t forget to vote and get out the vote!! Spead the word, spread the fellowship!! Be inspired!! Be the change!! Be the vision!! We'll see you at the polls!!
